What is INSITE?

INSITE (Interstate National System for Information, Tracking, and Enforcement) is the nationwide system used by all states to manage and track supervised individuals moving across state lines under the Interstate Compact. It supports the work of the Interstate Commission for Adult Offender Supervision (ICAOS). Learn more at www.interstatecompact.org.

Who can access INSITE?

Full access is limited to authorized users in state compact offices and ICAOS. This portal provides limited public access. For more details about a supervised individual, contact the compact office listed in the search results.

How do I search?

Search by first name and last name. Only individuals with completed transfers will appear.

How do I get more information about a supervised individual who has transferred?
